Professional engineer, Phoenix, Arizona. Born in Phoenix, Arizona on October 11, 1897, Roland Gail Baker attended University of Arizona and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1933, he married Barbara Allen Clayton and they had four children. From 1921 to 1934 he worked with the Salt River Valley Water User's Association.
