John Strachan letters : Toronto, to Alexander Hamilton and Rev. William Shelton, 1824, 1840.

Letter to Hamilton, 8 July 1824, states that Hamilton's account is correct according to Col. Nichol, but that Col Clarke will examine the books as soon as possible. Letter to Shelton, rector of St. Paul's, Buffalo, 27 Nov. 1840, gives his feelings on deception and suspicion, and his opinions on the error of Mr. Dennison.
