The collection consists of a folded prospectus advertising The Transatlantic Review, celebrating world literature, to be published beginning in 1924 in Paris, New York, and London, and edited by Ford Madox Ford; the cover includes a list of contributors, and text on p. 2-4 describes the purposes and circumstances of the journal. The prospectus is dated December 1923, and was published in New York by Thomas Seltzer.
