Division of School Health files, 1940-1969.

Files of Oscar R. Cade, head of the Division of School Health, and, prior to 1959, a school health consultant. A few files predate his employment. Included are correspondence, memoranda, narrative and statistical reports pertaining to conferences, workshops, and other training programs around the state conducted in conjunction with county teachers colleges, state teachers colleges, and local health officers; and minutes and correspondence of the State School Health Council and the Mental Health Committee of the Wisconsin Parent Teacher Association.
