Records, 1839-2001, of the Wisconsin Conference of the United Church of Christ (UCC) and of its two predecessor bodies, the Wisconsin Congregational Conference and the Evangelical and Reformed Church (E and R) in Wisconsin. Subjects documented include church involvement in the areas of evangelism, temperance, ministerial welfare, benevolences, and religious and secular education. Tape recordings document annual meetings, oral history interviews, and special events. The processed portion of this collection is summarized above, dates 1839-1968, and is described in the register. Additional accessions date 1850-2001 and are described below.
