Papers, mainly 1931-1972, of a journalist noted for his writing and editorial work on several men's magazines and his expertise on classic cars. Included are biographical and bibliographical materials; correspondence; final copies of numerous articles, stories, books, and scripts (including screenplays for "Le Mans"); recordings of research interviews with Ian Fleming, Dan Gurney, William Harrah, Stirling Moss, and others; legal and financial records; scrapbooks and clippings; and miscellany.
