Photographs, paintings, and photocopies relating to F. W. Heine and a group of cyclorama painters working in Milwaukee in the 1880s. The collection includes photographs of the artists working, oil paintings used as preliminary sketches for cycloramas, and photocopies of newspaper articles about the artists and their work. The artists emigrated from Germany to work in the studio in Milwaukee which was located on 6th Street.
