Papers of Chester A. Wright, comptroller and treasurer of International Harvester Company's subsidiary in Great Britain. Included are photographs and memorabilia of social events, meetings of upper management, plant visits, and the expansion of the company's Doncaster Works in 1952. Also included are annual reports of IHC Great Britain, 1950-1956, minutes of the European Accounting Representatives Meeting of 1952, a report analyzing profit and loss for 1953 and 1954, and a 1954 recapitulation of property (which includes two aerial photos of the Doncaster Works). Wright also briefly worked for IHC in France where he obtained a ledger (1901-1914) from the subsidiary's predecessor company, Wallut et Cie. This company had been the French distributor of McCormick Harvesting Machine Company equipment prior to the formation of IHC.
