The Ford of England Commemorative Scrapbooks consist of two scrapbooks commemorating the history of the British company Ford Motor Company Limited: "Mr. Henry Ford II Commemorating 50 years of Production at Dagenham, Essex. October 1981," subtitled "Dagenham[:] 50 Golden Years[,] 1931-1981" (bound), covering the history of the Dagenham plant from its beginnings in 1931 to 1981, and "Ford Motor Company Headquarters, Number Four Grafton Street, London[,] England," undated (unbound), which contains interior photographs of the building, circa the 1970s. Also included is a post-1970 pamphlet, No. 4 Grafton Street, written by Basil Boothroyd and published by Ford Motor Company Limited, detailing the history of the address and building that had recently become the company's headquarters.

Ford Motor Company entered the British automobile market in 1904 when the Ford Model A was presented at the Cordingly Auto Show. In 1907, Perry, Thornton & Schrieber, Ltd. gained the license to distribute Ford automobiles including the soon to be released Model T.
