Wonderland [collection] : a musical extravaganza / book and lyrics by Glen MacDonough ; music by Victor Herbert. 1905-1906.

Arranged in three groups: I. Vocal scores (15). II. Piano scores--Selections (1). III. Promptbooks (4 in 5 vols.). Both the vocal scores and the piano score for "Oriental dance" were published by M. Witmark (New York, c1905 and c1906). Promptbooks are for "Alice and the eight princesses," the original title of "Wonderland" (Cf. Bordman, American musical theatre). All are typescript, heavily annotated and incomplete. All materials are in English.
