A type of paterikon with various excerpts and fragments, mainly from "the elders" (beginning with leaf 122b) and from John of Damascus, John Climacus, Basil the Great, Gregory Sinaites. Four chapters on "silence"; Basil the Great's epistle to Amphilochius "On the Holy Spirit"; collection of instructions taken from tales on the lives of holy fathers. Inscription on leaf 15a in the margin from the time of George Branković, despot of Serbia and Pomorije (1427 and 1456). Inscription on leaf 123a, "have mercy, Lord God, for despot George." Manuscript damaged and the ending lost.
