B. et Cie. 12366); 23 copies in English by Ditson (Boston, c1879), one copy of which is arranged as a stage manager's guide; and four copies in English by Enoch (London, 189-?, pl. no. E. & S. 404). The piano score is manuscript, for the overture only, bound in a folder labelled "director's score." The orchestra parts include one set of 13 printed parts (Brandus, pl. no. B. et Cie. 12,380), two sets of manuscript parts, and 36 mansucript parts for two individual numbers. The vocal and chorus parts are manuscript, in German, in two sets each. The librettos include four copies in German printed by Brandus (n.d.), one of which is incomplete, one in English published by Enoch (n.d.), and 13 in English by Ditson (Boston, c1879). The promptbooks include eight typescript books in English, one of which is marked "Mc Caull version," and three of which attribute the English libretto to H.B. Farnie and include American premiere information. One promptbook is manuscript, in English, bearing the stamp of Fred Solomon and including cast and production times; and one book is in French bearing the stamp of Arthur Bell. The dialogue parts include 30 German manuscript parts and 95 English typescript parts, nine of which are stamped "Mc Caull Version, " in several sets. The lyrics are manuscript, in English, and are unbound.
