Laudatory offices (akathistoi), canons, prayers and texts for the use of monks in their personal devotions. Akathistoi start on leaf 1a with the akathistos to the life-bearing tomb followed by akathistoi for the days of the week, etc. On leaf 155a prayers for every hour of the day by St. John Chrysostom. Included are also: the daily prayer of Paisii the Hermit on leaf 157a, the prayer of Peter Chernorizet︠s︡ to the Theotokos on leaf 158b, on leaf 161a a prayer by Gregory Sinaites. On leaf 234a begin assorted canons and prayers in the first, fourth, sixth and eighth modes: the Encomium to the Theotokos by Nicephorus Callistus Xanthopulus on leaf 250a, the Office for Jesus Christ on leaf 257a, the Canon to St. Sava and St. Simeon in the fourth mode by Theodosius of Hilandar on leaf 391b, the "Confession of the Byzantine Patriarch Callistus" on leaf 417a, etc. Without ornamentation.
