Collection focuses on Osborne's work with League of Women Voters at state and local levels, and her efforts on behalf of the ERA amendment. She was observer of the 1973 Louisiana Constitutional Convention. Osborne organized or participated in numerous women's conventions in the 1970's. There is some material on Osborne's career in advertising in New York City during the 1930's and 1940's.
