Arranged in two groups: I. Vocal scores (9). II. Orchestra parts (16). The vocal scores are in two groups: those in French published by Heugel, Paris (pl. no. H.5683) and those in English published by Oliver Ditson, Boston. Copies 1, 3, and 5 of the English edition are labelled and annotated as stage manager's guides and contain alternative text handwritten above staves. Copy 2 bears the signature Cecilia M. Hoffmann. Both editions date from 1883. Each orchestra part consists of bound holograph music containing performance indications, cues, and pencilled-in rehearsal numbers.
