Production materials for "Das goldene Kreuz" based on the French play "Cathérine" by A.H.J. Duveyrier [pseud] and N. Brazier. The vocal scores, published by Bote & Bock (Berlin, 187-?), include editions in German and in Italian/English. The vocal parts are also handwritten, and include parts in English, in German, and in English and Italian. The promptbooks are based on the published libretto prepared for the 1886-87 season of the Metropolitan Opera House and contain English and German text on facing pages (Eng. trans. by John P. Jackson). The dialogue parts, all in English, include four in manuscript and one which is typed.
