Mignon [collection] : opera in three acts / original French libretto by Michel Carré and Jules Barbier ; music by Ambroise Thomas. 1860-1905.

Arranged in five groups: I. Vocal scores (46). II. Piano scores (1). III. Orchestra parts (17). IV. Promptbooks (11). V. Dialogue parts (28). The vocal scores include three editions by the Parisian firm of Heugel [one in French (187-?), one in English (1875-85?), and one in Italian/French (1860-80?] as well as an Italian/English edition by Ditson (Boston, 1881) and a French/English edition by Schirmer (New York, 1901). Several of the Ditson and Schirmer copies are designated "Stage manager's guide" or "Director's score." The manuscript orchestra parts are contained in Tams folders. The promptbooks, all in English, include primarily typescript copies and one printed version pasted into a bound volume of plain pages. The dialogue parts are also in English and represent five different sets, one manuscript and the remainder typescript mimeos.
