Norma [collection] : opera in two acts / by Felice Romani ; music by Vincenzo Bellini. 1860-1879.

Arranged in four groups: I. Vocal scores (27). II. Orchestra parts (7). III. Chorus parts (3). IV. Promptbooks (1). Production materials in English, German, and Italian for Bellini's "Norma," first performed at La Scala in Milan in 1831. The group of vocal scores includes eleven manifestations. There are imprints by Ricordi (Milan), Hirsch (Berlin), G.M. Meyer (Braunschweig), C.F. Peters (Leipzig), Boosey (London), Launer (Paris), E. Girod (Paris), Novello (London), Ditson (Boston), and Litolff (Braunschweig). Most items are undated but probably appeared between 1860 and 1879. Orchestra parts are also published, although the name of the publisher is unknown. Plate numbers 34475 to 34478 are present and the date 1865 is written in one of the parts. The chorus parts are mimeographed with text in English and German. The promptbook is manuscript, in German.
