Bishop's service book, similar to an Archieratikon. Includes rites and orders for ordination and tonsuring, and rules for someone tempted in a dream. Russian orthographic features evident in later portion of the manuscript. Colophon indicates a portion of this manuscript was translated from the Greek by Samuil "the Russian". Lacking Liturgy of St. Basil, despite an inscription refering to this text. Ornamental chapter headings.
