Shows "Bassett Hall" property subdivided into smaller parcels. Indicates roads and names adjoining landowners, including Dr. Edward Cam[m], J[ames] W. Custis [located at site of present William Finnie House], and [John Durburrow] Munford. Also shows a dwelling marked "Dr. Morris" [restored as Benjamin Waller House]. The site marked "Wooden" [sic] belonged to William Wooten and Mary Elizabeth Wooten. Ink with watercolor wash.
