Arranged in three groups: I. Vocal scores (8). II. Promptbooks (6 in 14 vols.). III. Dialogue parts (31). An English-language collection of vocal scores, promptbooks, and dialogue parts. The vocal scores were published by Alfred Hays (London, 188-?). Copy 1 is labelled "Conductor" and contains numerous performance annotations, including cuts and manuscript inserts bound in. Copy 2 is annotated as a stage manager's guide. Four of the undated promptbooks, all of which are typescript, occur as three-volume sets. The other two are designated "Casino Version," apparently requiring a smaller cast and substitution of the character "Mimosa" for Nadgy. The typed dialogue parts occur as two sets; two additional parts are manuscript copies.
