This collection contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs, and other ephemera relating to the personal life of Edward Grant Barrow between 1917 and 1953. This collection contains the personal papers of Edward Grant Barrow between 1917 and 1953. The majority of these papers deal with Barrow's personal life outside of baseball, but a small number of them are in reference to his work in the Yankees' front office. This collection contains a variety of items, including: autograph requests, ticket requests, invitations to attend baseball-related events, income tax documents, mortgage paperwork, insurance paperwork, records of charity work, newspaper clippings, personal correspondence, photographs, and other ephemera.
