Memoir of Moss Hill, ca. 1945.

Rough draft of reminiscences of Rosamond (Bowditch) Loring of life on Moss Hill in the Jamaica Plain/Roxbury section of Boston during the 1890s. Her father, Alfred Bowditch, was the grandson of Nathaniel Bowditch; her mother was Mary Louisa (Rice). Her siblings were Margaret (Bowditch) Hallowell and Mary Orne Bowditch. Rosamond married Augustus Peabody Loring, Jr. in 1911. The memoir includes a sketched map of Moss Hill and the surrounding area.
