ALS, 1923 July 31 : Lake George, [NY], to "Tennant."

Stieglitz writes: "I wanted to get in to see you before coming away from town. But for a change, I was so down & out physically, psychically, that it took me over 4 weeks to come to myself up here." He also says: "O'Keeffe is painting & I'm about human enough once more to think of starting to print. - As yet have no ideas for new negatives."
