Copy of a summarized checklist of Federal records in the Upper Record Room in the Custom House, New Orleans, La., by V.L. Landry Jr. Most of the records are for the Bureau of Customs. The volume contains an account of the books and papers disposed of by acts of Congress in 1918, 1927, and 1930. It also includes a copy of a letter (1908) from the Librarian of Congress with a list of the records deposited and retained in the Library of Congress selected by Worthington Ford, Chief, Division of Manuscripts.
