Alexis Rannit, Estonian poet and art critic, was born in Kallaste, Estonia, in 1914. He emigrated to Germany in 1939, and to the United States in 1952. Born in poverty in 1852, Jose Guadalupe Posada (b. February 31, 1853-d.
