This consists of a number of letters from Carlyle to William Graham, with notes and commentary by Walter Graham. Includes one 3.875 x 2.5 in. sepia-toned photograph of the post office at Ecclefechan, Annandale, the birthplace of Thomas Carlyle, William Graham of Burnswark and Edward Irving. The photograph has been pasted into the typescript.
