Collection, 1851-1887, of Philadelphia deeds.

The five documents relate to two locations in Philadelphia. Three of the deeds convey three lots and structures on Spruce Street between 13th and Broad Streets, purchased by the Reverend William P. Hinds in 1851 and 1852 and sold by Reese D. Fell, Hartman Kuhn, and George F. Lehman. The remaining two deeds relate to a lot and premises located to the northwest of the intersection of Walnut and 42nd Streets, purchased by Margaret Frazier in 1885 from Annie C. Barnes and sold by Frazier in 1887 to William H. Castle.
