In the intermission of a music program on BBC Radio, Stokowski discusses memories from his youth in London, his history with Mahler's eighth symphony, his impression of Carl Nielsen's sixth symphony which he is about to play on the radio program, the composers Sibelius and Schoenberg, and new music in general.
