Donald J. Ott recalls details of Oliver Daniel's interview with Henry Schmidt, violinist and personnel manager for the Philadelphia Orchestra. Schmidt declined having the interview tape recorded. Ott remembers they discussed Stokowski's working relationships with members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, performances of contemporary music, Fantasia, and inequitable pay for members of the Orchestra.
