Items of note include logs, accounts, correspondence and other papers of the brig Little George, involving Henry Harvey, Timothy Green, and Swartout, Dumont & Co., 1807-1809; logs of the yachts Francis and Wanderer, W.T. Cushing, Captain, 1857 and 1859; and papers of the ship Congress, signed by Franklin Pierce, 1856. Items related to whaling include a log of the bark Coral, 1871-1877; and a crew list of the brig Daisy, 1912.
