Tapes of interviews with many of the first administrators, professors and staff members at the C.W. Post Center of Long Island University, with full transcripts and a few photographs. Most interviews were conducted by Jeanne Goldberg. Interview subjects include Dr. Alvin Bahnsen, Prof. E. Hugh Behymer, President Edward J. Cook, Dr. John N. Davis, Dr. Donald K. Edward Leigh Cook (1835-1919) enlisted at Buffalo to serve three years and mustered in as Corporal, Company H, September 4, 1864. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant, March 16, 1864.
