Miscellaneous deeds, survey notes, bonds, contracts, accounts, letters, and other items including letter from Robert Swarthout concerning a Fourth of July celebration in New York City, 1810; 1769 manuscript copy of a 1700 Indian deed for land sold to William Titsvord; accounts from the estate of William Mott, 1839; and three letters from Harold Ickes to Russell D.
