Arizona field photographs, 1924.

Photographs documenting the fourth expedition sponsored and led by Charles L. Bernheimer to the Southwest. The objective of this expedition was to explore Navajo Canyon and to examine in detail the top of Cummings' Mesa, both of which are located in northern Arizona. Many caves with petroglyphs and ruins were discovered during this trip, as well as dinosaur tracks in Neskla-Nizadi Canyon. Bernheimer was accompanied by John Wetherhill and Zeke Johnson. Photographs were taken by Bernheimer. Photographs are identified.
