Maps, charts, and sketches Skinner used in his studies of the stratigraphy of the Western U.S. include stratigraphic sketches, charts of stratigraphic sections, location maps of fossil quarries, soil maps, faunal correlation sheets, highway maps, and aerial charts of Pine Ridge and Rosebud Indian Reservations in South Dakota. Most maps show areas in Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. Some maps were annotated by Skinner. An extensive group of road maps covers all of the United States.
