Included are architectural drawings, plot plans, site plans, surveys, floor plans, and engineering drawings and specifications for buildings and land owned by Pace University at 41 Park Row, 150 Nassau Street, and 535 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, as well as in Pleasantville, Briarcliff Manor, and White Plains, New York. Of note are architectural drawings and survey maps, 1927-1966, of the Arthur Osgood Choate Estate in Mount Pleasant, New York.
