Included are record books containing accounts, some receipts, and miscellaneous other information relating to dividends, premiums, annuities, loans, and other matters having to do with policyholders. Also, account books that record income and expenditures of the company itself including an account book showing income and expenditures of the industrial branch by district, 1884; a small account book recording purchases of office supplies, 1893-1894; and a book containing bills of the printing division, 1896-1898. Of note are a volume containing Metropolitan Life insurance agents' affidavits of notices of foreclosures and cancellations, Kansas, 1913-1919, and a volume of application registers of the National Travelers Insurance Company, 1867-1868.
