Minutes of the Session/Elders and Trustees including the spiritual life of members and business matters relating to the church building, 1808-1964; church bulletins consisting of weekly programs and other material, 1895-1983; and FIFTH AVENUE VOICE, a monthly publication, 1944-1970s. Biographical and published material as well as sermons and writings of several important clergy associated with the church including John Brodhead Romeyn, John Hall, John Henry Jowett, John Sutherland Bonnell, and Bryant M. Kirkland; and biographical and published material pertaining to significant musicians affiliated with the church including Lowell Mason, William Mason, Eugene Thayer, and Ernest Skinner, organ builder. There is additional biographical data and publications of sermons and writings of other individuals. Also included are historical photographs showing exteriors and interiors of the various buildings including the present structure; photographs of ministers and other individuals; membership information; materials including minutes of church organizations, social service work, women's work, young adults, Sunday school, and other groups; information regarding the church buildings and organs, and the anniversaries of the congregation; records concerning the general church programs; and studies and miscellaneous publications on the church history and Presbyterianism.
