Primarily photographic prints as well as glass negatives showing the architectural features of residential, commercial, and civic buildings, primarily in New York City. Interiors and exteriors are illustrated. In addition, other photographs depict building materials and other industrial products, and factories in which they were made. One series of photographs depicts the construction of the 1939-1940 New York World's Fair. Also, photographs of buildings designed by New York architects and constructed in other parts of the country. Photographs are identified.
