Collection of miscellaneous records concerning the 1931 Matameck Conference on Biological Cycles and grant to Charles Elton, Director of the Bureau of Animal Population at Oxford University, to study the records of the Hudson's Bay Company relating to the recurrent cycles of furbearing wildlife in the MacKenzie River District and Labrador, Canada. The records include program notes by W. Reid Blair, incoming correspondence from Copely Amory, host of the Matameck Conference, news clippings, and printed material concerning the conference; and typed manuscripts of Elton's studies.
