Abraham Jacob Multer (December 24, 1900 – November 4, 1986) was an American lawyer, politician, and jurist. A member of the Democratic Party, he served in the U.S. House of Representatives from New York's 14th (1947-1953) and 13th (1953-1967) congressional districts. Born in New York City, he attended the public schools of Coney Island, New York and Boys' High School in Brooklyn, New York before graduating from City College of New York in 1921 and Brooklyn Law School in 1922.
