Of note are records of marriages and baptisms by Reverends Jonathan Benson, Issac Bucklin, and T.M. Cooley for central New York, 1803-1847, and Rev. Abner Wood of Antwerp, N.Y., 1828-1844; diary of Lucy Ann Lewis Horton of Throopsville, N.Y., 1877; reminiscences of Mrs. Deborah Woodworth Tracy about family move from Connecticut to Cayuga Lake area from 1786 to 1789; Silas Lamb's journal containing Justice of the Peace records (Madison County), personal journal entries, and a letter to his son in Wisconsin, 1830-1857; and charts concerning the Western Inland Lock Navigation Company for the years 1792-1821. Original items include 1830 pocket map of New York State; marriage records kept by Rev. J.B. Foote, 1887-1889, for central New York; and daybook of Altitius Burlingame, of Willet, Cortland Co., concerning farm products, cash, and labor from 1834 to 1848.
