The collection consists of materials on the varied aspects of medical technology, especially at Rochester General Hospital, ranging from the 1930s to the 1980s. Includes writings of Talluto and Milton G. Bohrod; materials on the School of Medical Technology at Rochester General Hospital (scrapbooks, unpublished history by Talluto, lectures, lab procedure book, etc.); materials on the hospital's clinical laboratory; and miscellaneous realia from the pathology lab.

Mildred R. Talluto worked from 1940 to 1975 in the Clinical Laboratory at Rochester General Hospital (New York). Having graduated from RGH's School of Medical Technology in 1940, she returned to work in the lab. From 1948-58, she served as Program Director of the Medical Technology Program and as an instructor. She authored many professional articles and papers. Her collection of materials was donated to the Baker-Cederberg Museum and Archives shortly before her death in 1989. From t...
