Photographs collected by Daniel E. Warren, amateur historian and photographer, circa 1880-1965. The bulk of the images were taken by Major Thomas Leeander ("Lee") Moorhouse (1850-1926) and depict Umatilla, Cayuse, and Walla Walla Indians, the Pendleton Round-Up, and views of the Oregon Railroad and Navigation Company, photographed circa 1897-1919; most of these photographs are copy prints, though some are Moorhouse originals. There are also photographs taken by Nellie Stockbridge (1868-1965), a professional photographer with Barnard's Studio in Wallace, Idaho, that depict the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho mining district, circa 1890-1910. Other photographs depict agriculture in Oregon and other Native American tribes and were taken by Wesley Andrews, Daniel E. Warren, and other unidentified photographers. This collection includes some color photographs.
