Circular, 1916 May 31 : Tlaltizapan, [Mexico].

Written in Spanish, this is a typewritten circular, signed by Zapata, which calls for the unnamed addressee to "call together the people of the town to tell them that, by a superior order, they are obligated to lend their contingent, in order to establish a system of watch patrols within the borders of your dependency and also to comply with whatever orders you have that fit in with this circular."
