Copy [made by William Russell?] of Harwood's will, 1793 May 11, probated 1794 October 6. Makes bequests to sisters Sarah and Lucy and to brother Humphrey. Appoints Humphrey Harwood and James Galt executors. James Galt, surviving executor, refuses to serve; James Semple (with Joseph Ferguson, George Lang and Gabriel Maupin as sureties) is appointed administrator with will annexed. Signed by Will[iam] Russell and Ant[hon]y Robinson, clerks of the District Court. Will apparently used as evidence in lawsuit of Harwood et al. versus Deneufville.
