Inventory of buildings selected by Michelangelo to be demolished to make way for his planned improvements to the fortifications of Florence. The inventory, prepared by Viviano di Lorenzo da Poppi and Giovanni della Parte, contains full descriptions of the buildings (including churches, convents and farm buildings) and gardens selected, and gives estimated valuations for each site. The manuscript is in two sections: "Porta a San Gallo, Faenza e San Marco e San Miniato e Pinti," and "Porta a San Gallo."
