Letter from Galloway and the other Commissioners of Pennsylvania to Deputy Governor William Denny, recommending that he inform the king in answer to his proposal that Denny can not enter into any agreement concerning rewards to the Indians for prisoners and scalps taken in the province without the consent of the assembly, but that rewards to the Indians for services will be made by the province.
