Papers of a Progressive Wisconsin assemblyman (1921-1923) from Crawfrod County, and secretary-treasurer of the Northern Wisconsin Cooperative Tobacco Pool (1923-1934). Personal correspondence primarily from Mrs. Johnson's mother, Linna Nicholson Zeigler of Glen Haven, Wisconsin, makes up the majority of the collection, although there is a small quantity of official correspondence and a few letters from Mr. Johnson to his wife.
