Original and typed transcripts of journals kept by James Farrell, a Dane County (Wis.) resident, consisting of brief entries with accounts of the weather, planting and selling of crops, livestock, and farm maintenance. Farrell also discusses his business dealings in Madison, Sauk, and Black Earth as well as short descriptions of his travels to Detroit, Chicago, and Canada. Also included is a liturgy with a short family history and a schedule for the Farrell family reunion, August 15, 2004.
